For over two decades, Kevin Sheppard has been giving organizations the tools to enhance effectiveness and improve their performance. Since 1993, he has shared his expertise in strategic performance and occupational analysis as a management consultant to a wide range of industries, including engineering, manufacturing, construction, food processing, oilfield servicing and agribusiness.
Kevin received his Certified Management Consultant (CMC) designation in 2001, and has been focused on workforce development consulting since 2002. He has completed numerous projects in occupational standards research, on-job-training and rapid skills transfer, as well as strategy consulting and through the National Research Council of Canada’s Industrial Research Assistance Program (IRAP).
Kevin currently serves as a principal consultant at Griffiths Sheppard Consulting Group. He has completed DACUM training with the Canadian Vocational Association, and is involved in a number of professional associations, including the Institute of Certified Management Consultants of Alberta (ICMCA), where he serves as the Chair of the registration committee. He is based in Alberta.
